Claude welcomed my sons and I into his family with open arms; he was a very kind and generous person and a great mentor to my boys. We will miss him very much. Our deepest sympathies to Frances, Steve, Vicki, Julie, Khyanna, Shane, Olivia, Hannah and Jesse, love you guys.

Claude was a great guy to so many Fishery Officers including me. He was always eager to reminisce the times we had and never failed to remember them. Always smiling, laughing, and truly happy.

I have Claude to thank for the wonderful career in Fisheries and Oceans. He welcomed me, he guided me through training, he was a mentor and he helped make me who I am today. I am forever grateful. RIP my brother.
Claude was a kind gentleman who always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and care. Whether it was during the early days of Fishery Officer training or our last time together 2 months ago, his respect for others shown through, right to his final days.
