Obituary of Richard Ducharme

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Richard “Dick” Ducharme, who passed on October 29, 2024, at the age of 84.

Cherished spouse of Diane Sprague.

Beloved father of Angela Sprague (Shayne Conlon), Kerri McKibbon (Terry) and Darren Ducharme (Monica).

Loving grandfather of Angèle, Ashley, Amber, Parker, Sydney, Taylor, Declan and Elodie.

Dear great-grandfather of Riley, Austin, Bentley, Hunter, Phoenix and Nash.

Richard will be dearly missed by his nephews, nieces, cousins and by his many friends.

Predeceased by his parents Léo and Doris (née Kidder) Ducharme, also predeceased by his siblings.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 874 Notre Dame Street, Embrun, ON, on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated in the chapel of the Funeral Home at 12 noon.

Donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.

Prédécédée par ses parents Léo et Doris (née Kidder) Ducharme, et par ses frères et sœurs.

La famille et les amis sont invités à se rassembler au Salon Funéraires Laurent Hill, 874, rue Notre Dame, Embrun, ON, le dimanche 17 novembre 2024, de 11h à 12h. Une célébration de vie sera célébrée dans la chapelle du Salon Funéraire à 12h.
