Obituary of Brad McMillan

Brad McMillan, 46, of Casselman, died peacefully on December 16, 2023, surrounded by family after living the best life possible with colon cancer for over 4 years.

Loving and devoted husband of Lisa (Dolan) McMillan and beloved father of Dax and Kree McMillan.

He is also survived by his father Keith McMillan (the late Diane), his mother Yolande (Bellefeuille) Denobriga and step-father Anthony Denobriga, his in-laws Richard and Marie (Perkins) Dolan, his brother Todd McMillan, his sister-in-law Sonya (Paquette) McMillan, his two nephews Jayden and Kyson McMillan, his sister-in-law Karen Dolan, his brother-in-law Dale Booth, his nieces Erika (Emond-Booth) Krusch and Brenna Dolan-Booth, his nephew Dasan Dolan-Booth and his brother-in-law Kenneth Dolan as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Brad grew up in the Alexandria area, he followed his passion for cars and worked in the automotive field. He loved spending time in nature, he enjoyed taking photos and graduated in photography at Algonquin College. He was kind, caring and he was a true family man, fully devoted to his wife and children who were his world.

Family and friends are invited to meet at the Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 709, rue Principale, Casselman, Ontario, on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A religious ceremony will be celebrated at Ste-Euphémie Church - Casselman, Saturday January 6, 2024, at 10 a.m.

Donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Époux bien-aimé et dévoué de Lisa (née Dolan) McMillan et père bien-aimé de Dax et Kree McMillan.

Brad a grandi dans la région d'Alexandria, il a suivi sa passion pour les voitures et a travaillé dans le domaine automobile. Il aimait passer du temps dans la nature, prendre des photos et a obtenu son diplôme en photographie au Collège Algonquin. Il était gentil, attentionné et un véritable père de famille, entièrement dévoué à sa femme et à ses enfants qui constituaient son monde.

La famille et les amis sont invités à se rencontrer au Salon Funéraires Laurent Hill, 709, rue Principale, Casselman, Ontario, le vendredi 5 janvier 2024, de 13h à 15h et de 19h à 21h. Une cérémonie religieuse sera célébrée à l’Église Ste-Euphémie - Casselman, samedi le 6 janvier 2024 à 10h.

Un don à la Fondation de l'Hôpital d'Ottawa serait apprécié par la famille.
