Was always exciting when Blair would come to the island to visit. I remember driving to the beach once in that convertible Laura mentioned, and he did not say but three words the entire trip. Beautiful sunny day, wind in hair for first time, and Blair squinting off in the distance lost in thought. Is funny the snatches of time that our memory associates with one another.
Here's to hoping he is in the sun and squinting still - that is how I will remember him.

Though our paths hadn't crossed in many years it was a shock to hear of Blair's passing. My memories of him are full of the summer sunshine of family visits.....and that convertible car he drove so many years ago (definitely made him the "cool" uncle...sorry guys!).
My thoughts are with all his brothers, and my sympathies with all who feel his loss.

I was shocked by the passing of my brother Blair. I wish I had been more persistent in attempting to reach him since the Christmas holidays. I will miss our phone/Skype conversations. I hope his memory endures time; his laughter, his smile, and his voice are indelible.

Blair and I joined the Military about the same time. We were classmates in Basic Training, Navigation School, and Voodoo flight training, we served together on 425 All Weather Fighter Squadron at CFB Bagotville Quebec, and on the CF-101 Air Demonstration Team. He was a friend...gone too soon.

I am saddened to hear of Blair's passing. He has been a great brother-in law to me,especially since my Dave, his brother, passed in August 2017. I will miss the conversations we shared about life and it's trials. I will miss you Bro! You have flown on earthly wings and now your have your heavenly wings. Soar with the Angels Blair, until we meet again! Love you, Marlene
