Dear Mrs McCullen,
I would like to extend my sincere condolences for the death of your husband, Jeffery.
I spoke to you very briefly on March 1. I saw Jeffery's car crash and stopped to try try to help. Please know that many people stopped to help, giving their coats and blankets to try to make Jeffery comfortable. I was moved by their generousity.
I, and 2 other gentlemen tried so hard to help and comfort him, we all knew CPR and worked very hard until the paramedics arrived.
I am so sorry we weren't able to be of more comfort to you that day. We were very worried about you. It must have been very difficult for you to hear everything and not be able to reach out to him.
I hope that you and your family have many happy memories. I believe he continues to live in you and loved ones.
