It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Bernadette Nayel Peacefully at Montfort Hospital on Friday, July 14, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of Chaker Nayel. Loving sister of Chahla Mounzer (late Fouad), Souad Zakhour (late George), Yvonne Bou-Madi (late Abdou), Hayat Bou-Madi (late Mounir), late Zahia Zakhour (Abdou), late Fouad (Nouhad), late Antoine (Isabelle) and late Georges (late Najia) Nayel. Dear cousin of Nawal Awad (late Mansour), Elie Nayel (Nawal) and late Rose Kiwan (Tanios). The family will receive relatives and friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 11 am at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald Street. Interment at Hope Cemetery.
