C'est avec beaucoup de tristesse que la famille Fortier vous fait part du déc&egraves de leur tendre m&egravere Mme Florida Fortier née Papineau Décédée paisiblement é l'Hôpital Général d'Ottawa, entourée de l'amour et la tendresse de ses enfants, le 18 avril 2017, é l'âge de 94 ans. Depuis 2008, elle demeurait é la résidence Le Genesis de Limoges, Ontario. Fille de feu Léo Papineau et de feu Mérisa Fortier, elle laisse dans le deuil ses six enfants, Gaëtan (Barbara Baier) de Maitland, Diane (Bob Moroni) d'Ottawa, Lise (Paul Roy) d'Embrun, Yvette (Marcel Charbonneau) d'Ottawa, François et Claude (Carmen Caron) de Cornwall. Elle laisse également plusieurs beaux-fr&egraveres, belles-soeurs, neveux, ni&egraveces ainsi que tous ses compagnons et compagnes de table de la résidence Le Genesis. Elle fut prédécédée par ses trois fr&egraveres, Hector Papineau, Ferdinand Papineau et Laurier Papineau et ses trois soeurs, Lorette Bazinet, Jeanne Charlebois et Yvonne Tremblay ainsi que par le p&egravere de ses enfants Rolland Fortier. Le service religieux aura lieu é 11 h, le samedi 29 avril 2017 en l'église St-Jacques d'Embrun. La famille recevra les condoléance é compter de 10 h 15 é 10 h 50. Un remerciement spécial au personnel de la résidence Le Genesis pour leurs services depuis 2008 ainsi qu'au personnel de l'Hôpital Général d'Ottawa pour les bons soins prodigués. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Mrs. Florida Fortier née Papineau Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, surrounded by the love of her children, on April 18, 2017 at the age of 94 years. She was living at the Genesis Residence in Limoges, Ontario since 2008. Daughter of the late Léo Papineau and late Mérisa Fortier. She will be sadly missed by her six loving children, Gaëtan (Barbara Baier) from Maitland, Diane (Bob Moroni) from Ottawa, Lise (Paul Roy) from Embrun, Yvette (Marcel Charbonneau) from Ottawa, François and Claude (Carmen Caron) from Cornwall. She also leaves many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, all her friends and dining companions at Le Genesis Residence. Predeceased by her three brothers Hector Papineau, Ferdinand Papineau and Laurier Papineau and by her three sisters Lorette Bazinet, Jeanne Charlebois and Yvonne Tremblay, as well as her children's father Rolland Fortier. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the St-Jacques church in Embrun, Ontario, followed by a reception. The family will receive condolences from 10:15 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. at the church. We would like to thank the staff of Le Genesis for their services since 2008 and to the doctors and nurses of the Ottawa General Hospital for their care and compassion.
