I was so fortunate to have had Patricia Rose my public school teacher for 2 years ( grade 6 and 7) at Five Mile School ( in approximately 1970-71) She was the funniest person I had ever known and made learning fun. She treated her students like adults and called us “people “ instead of “ children “.
Her writing was like artwork and other teachers who would come to our class would often comment how lovely her writing was. My condolences to the family and I just wanted to let you know what a gifted teacher and woman she was and that she made a very big impact on my life as well as so many other students!
