Obituary of Ida Jeannine Brisson

C'est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Mme. Ida (Séguin) Brisson (née Perras) décédée le 14 janvier 2026 à l'âge de 91 ans.

Fille de feu Joseph Perras et de feu Louisa Brisson.

Elle était l'épouse de feu Alcide Séguin et de feu Fernand Brisson.

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants:  Monique (Denis Desjardins), Michel (Guylaine), Nicole (Guy Legault), Normand (Sylvie) et André (Darlyne). Ses petits-enfants: Josselin, Pascal (Kyla), Jonathan, Jean-Sébastien (Alex), Chantal, Steve, (Mae), Sophie, Francis, Mélissa, Martin (Julien), Izabelle (Yanick) et Sébastien (Mélanie). Ses arrière-petits-enfants: Elise, Marcel, Blake, Téo, Zoé, Jaelyne, Xavier, Maggie, Amélyane, Antoine, Mya-Eve, Léa et Rozalie.

Les enfants de Fernand Brisson:  Pierrette, Françoise (Gérard St Denis), Fleurette, Sylvie (Ewing Mitchell), feu Robert et Sylvain. Ses 9 petits-enfants, 14 arrière-petits-enfants et 1 arrière-arrière-petit-enfant.

Elle laisse également sa sœur adorée Cécile Chénier. Ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, neveux, nièces, et ami(e)s.

Elle fut prédécédée par ses frères: Hector et Edgar, et ses sœurs: Yvonne, Marie-Ange, Pauline, Thérèse et Fernande.

La famille désire remercier le personnel de l'Hôpital Montfort pour les excellents soins.

 

Une célébration de vie aura lieu à une date ultérieure.

Beloved wife of the late Alcide Séguin and the late Fernand Brisson.

Cherished grandmother of Josselin, Pascal (Kyla), Jonathan, Jean-Sébastien (Alex), Chantal, Steve, (Mae), Sophie, Francis, Mélissa, Martin (Julien), Izabelle (Yanick), and Sébastien (Mélanie).

Adored great-grandmother of Elise, Marcel, Blake, Téo, Zoé, Jaelyne, Xavier, Maggie, Amélyane, Antoine, Mya-Eve, Léa and Rozalie.

The children of Fernand Brisson:  Pierrette, Françoise (Gérard St Denis), Fleurette, Sylvie (Ewing Mitchell), late Robert, and Sylvain. 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Ida will be missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.

Predeceased by her siblings Hector, Edgar, Yvonne, Marie-Ange, Pauline, Thérèse and Fernande.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
